It is one of the main settlements in my currently unnamed story.
The name of the settlement means "mindful eye" (rãni (eye) .. rãtú (mind) ).
The region is colder than Túkôrãni, creating a need for warm clothes and a lack of materials for masks, thus forcing the southern culture to divert from the northern culture, eventually losing the knowledge of rãni masks
